Primary Health Tasmania is on the lookout for a Lead – Integrated Health Care who can provide technical leadership in developing and implementing clinical health service and system improvement strategies as part of the Sector Improvement and Innovation business area.

You will work closely with the Manager – Sector Improvement and Innovation to provide significant technical leadership in the strategic approach to integrated health care and how this is applied with health system partners, communities and consumers to support ‘single-system’ thinking and action.
