*NOW CLOSED* Seeking new members for our Clinical and Community Advisory Councils
Posted on March 17, 2021
Primary Health Tasmania is seeking to fill four positions on both our Clinical and Community Advisory Councils.
The councils are a vital part of the organisation. They support the Board and provide informed professional and local perspectives on how to improve Tasmania’s health system and the unique health needs of our local communities.
On the Community Advisory Council there is one vacancy for a community member. We are particularly interested in hearing from people in north west communities and we also strongly encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and people from diverse backgrounds to apply.

On the Clinical Advisory Council, there are three vacancies:
- one practice-based GP (we are particularly interested in hearing from clinicians in north west communities)
- one community-based mental health professional
- one community-based or general practice nurse.

The expression of interest period closes on Tuesday 6 April.
