Care finders tender: information sessions

Primary Health Tasmania is preparing to open a tender for the delivery of the Australian Government’s care finders program, which aims to help older people who have significant difficulty accessing aged care services and are at risk of ‘falling through the cracks’.

We will be holding three information sessions (each with the same content but at different times) for service providers who may be interested in tendering to deliver services under this program. They will be held online on 21, 22 and 23 September.
