Vale Dennis Pashen

The Board and staff of Primary Health Tasmania were saddened to learn of the tragic passing of Dr Dennis Pashen on 23 November. 

CEO Phil Edmondson said: “Dennis was a very vocal and active supporter of general practice and rural health in Tasmania and an active participant in advisory and governance committees with both Primary Health Tasmania and the Rural Doctors Association of Tasmania, along with numerous other committees and groups.

“He was a hardworking rural GP over many years, and a great supporter of the emergence and growth of rural generalism. 

“Dennis’s loss will be widely felt. Our deepest sympathies to his wife Vicky, and to family and friends.”
