Primary Health Tasmania is seeking applications for the following positions:

• Primary Health Practice Improvement Partner – three positions supporting the development and delivery of resources and support for general practices and allied health practices throughout Tasmania. These are full-time or 0.8 FTE positons which can be based in Hobart, Launceston or Ulverstone. Applications close Sunday 20 October.

These positions attract not-for-profit salary packaging. Hybrid working options (blend of working from the office and home) are available after a probationary period.

We are also inviting expressions of interest from project managers to be based in Hobart, Launceston or Ulverstone.
