The Allied Health Network Advisory Group is comprised of 15 Tasmanian allied health professionals working within the primary healthcare sector. Members meet quarterly to discuss sector-related issues and promote networking, collaboration and professional development.
The group promotes and coordinates person-centred primary health care, resulting in enhanced health outcomes for Tasmanians.
We encourage representation from a diverse range of allied health professions to expand our collective impact. This page will be updated with information about vacancies as they arise.
The Free Interpreting Service aims to provide equitable access to key services for people with limited or no English language proficiency. It is delivered by the national Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) on behalf of the Australian Government.
Pharmacies can access the service to provide community pharmacy services, and some privately employed allied health professionals working in the Hobart and Launceston areas can also use it. Please see here for eligible disciplines.
More information about the Free Interpreting Service is available on the TIS National website.
